What a listing tells you

Read a Wellness Room Builder Listing. Lesson 1, 15 min.

A listing is a short profile of one business. It gives a name, a place, a category and contact details. It may show a website and opening hours.

Where the data comes from

The site builds listings from public place data (Overture Maps) and from each business's own website. The site fetched this data on 2026-10-29. Details can change after that date. Treat each field as what the place data or the business reported.

What is often empty

Project prices, brands, services and service area stay empty until a business claims its listing. An empty field does not mean the business lacks the service. It means the site has no confirmed data. Ask the business.

What to do

  1. Read the category. Is the business a builder, a dealer or a designer?
  2. Check the place. If the listing does not give a service area, ask.
  3. Open the business's own website. Compare it with the listing and note any difference.
  4. Ask several firms for a written quote for the same brief.

A listing is a starting point. It is not a recommendation.
