# Plunge App

Set your Plunge temperature, schedule sessions and track cold and sauna sessions.

The Plunge App is the companion app for Plunge cold plunges and saunas. You can set the temperature remotely and schedule sessions so your Plunge is ready. It records each plunge or sauna session and shows your activity over time. It gives step-by-step setup help, task reminders and a note when it is time to change the filter. It also has expert-led protocols, community challenges and streak badges.
